Rockville Development is a residential home building company that specializes in custom built homes, additions, renovations/restorations.  James Nicotra has been in the residential home building and remodeling business for over 20 years throughout Long Island and has always prided himself on building only the best homes for his clients.

Pricing - Our goal is to build a high end home at an affordable price.  While we are not the least expensive in the business, we can confidently say for the product we deliver you will not find better pricing.  Everyone has heard stories of contractors that start a project at what seem to be an affordable price and then surprises the customer with upcharges and change orders that were not figured in to the original contract.   WE DO NOT DO THAT! We can honestly say we have never given a client an invoice that they did not think was fair.

 

Lasting Relationships - We maintain strong relationships with all of our clients long after the project is complete.   Wether its one week or years later, if there is a problem we are there for you immediately and without exception.
